_ I acquired my consulting skills and expertise at different stages throughout my professional career: After graduating with a Master of Arts in German philology and American studies from the Leibnitz University in Hannover, I held a variety of work positions in office organization and human resources, public relations and advertising as a copywriter, before I found my calling in the natural goods industry. 3 years after I was hired by LOGOCOS Naturkosmetik AG as product manager and copywriter I was promoted to head the marketing department and thereby took on the responsibility for ┬á3 different cosmetic brands. A few years later the brand portfolio and thereby my responsibilities had increased and included seven brands. I was appointed managing director of several business fields and was assigned full creative and strategic control and general manager of Logona & Friends GmbH, a subsidiary consisting of five flagship stores. Aside from these diverse duties in Sales and Marketing of a vastly growing company, I was chosen to represent LOGOCOS AG in the founding and start-up phase of the BDIH and later the development of NATRUE, was a member of the advisory board of BioFach and served as contact person for industry related publications like ├ľkotest and Stiftung Warentest.
